* Hand wash only. shake away the water right away
* Do NOT put in dishwasher or microwave
* DO NOT soak in water long time
* Top edge is wrapped with steel rim by human hand, if have slightly rusting along with edge, it is normal. please wash it away

Processing Time
As all of our items are made to order, please allow us time to create your item/s. All of our products are printed to order and not pre printed stock. All of our Products are lovingly created starting at the artwork right through to the printing of the item. This is what allows us to offer a unique service ensuring that your item is truly one of a kind. Unless specified on the individual product page, your order will take approximately 14 working days to create PLUS POSTAGE TIMES (Mon to Fri). Stars Printed Gifts consider "Working days" to be Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and published office closures) to create PLUS POSTAGE TIMES (Mon to Fri).
Postage
Stars Printed Gifts only ships with Australia Post so all our Pricing are in guide lines with them.
Please allow up to 7-14 days for post to arrive , please contact us with your postage number if any problems.
Refunds
Here at Stars Printed Gifts Quality and customer satisfaction are important. All our products are manually printed here at Stars Printed Gifts , please expect minor imperfections ie: not all items will have the same image positioning/sizing although we do try our hardest.
Actual print colours also may vary to those on your screen. Image/name position/placement may vary from those seen in design selectors – for illustrative purposes only.
Postage is 100% refundable for orders which have not been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, then no postage refund is applicable.
On our custom, Personalised Products we do not offer Refunds unless item is faulty, so PLEASE make sure all spelling is correct.
